Welding points: 1. Before welding, the surface of low carbon steel must be cleaned of oil stains, oxide layers, rust stains and other impurities, except cold rolled plates. 2. Use short-time and high-current parameters for welding, which can improve thermal efficiency and productivity and reduce deformation. 3. Use electrodes made of chromium-zirconium-copper material. It has moderate conductivity and strength, is not easy to soften when welding at high temperatures, and is durable and wear-resistant. 4. Choose a spot welder with a controller so that you can accurately control the welding current and welding time. 5. Of course, it would be better to have a slow-rising function, which can increase the current slope to suppress splashing, and the suppression rate is high. 6. When the plate thickness is greater than 3mm, the current should be increased, the welding time should be lengthened, and a three-pulse controller should be used as much as possible.
