Operational points 1. When brazing and quenching are performed at the same time, the temperature of the brazing material selected should also be close to the quenching temperature. 3. Most of the solders are copper-based solder or silver-based solder. 4. Borax and boric acid fluxes are mainly used, such as FB101~FB104, FB301, FB302 and other fluxes. 5. It is advisable to use less than 80% of the welding current for brazing. 6. Test welding with a small current first, then slowly increase the welding current until the speed is satisfactory. 7. When the temperature reaches the temperature, step on the foot switch intermittently to control the temperature. 8. Post-weld cleaning, slag removal and pickling.
