UN6 water-cooled pneumatic butt welding machine is the sixth generation butt welding machine independently developed and manufactured by Xinxing Welding. It is basically the same as resistance butt welding (butt welding), but it is very different from spot welding. One horizontal and one vertical, butt welding is vertically pressurized and clamped, and then the horizontal and transverse 0-degree upsetting (pushing) force is applied, and the left and right movements are used to weld; while the spot welding is vertically pressed at 90 degrees, and the up and down movements are welded. The butt welding operation is to clamp two metal workpieces left and right in a conductive electrode fixture so that they are end-to-end. Pressure is applied to make the current pass through the metal workpiece. The workpiece's own resistance heat is used to heat the workpiece to a plastic state, and then it is quickly extruded laterally to complete the welding.
