Inspection before debugging 1) Check whether the connection cable is correct according to the instruction manual.

Measure whether the insulation resistance of each live part to the fuselage meets the requirements.

2) Check whether the grounding of the fuselage is reliable.

Whether the ground conductor cross-section is greater than 4mm2 3) Check whether the grid voltage is 380V.

4) Check whether the cross section of the power supply wire is selected according to 8A/mm2.

Debugging 1) Power-on inspection, check whether the switches of the control equipment are operating normally, and then operate the mechanical parts without welding current to disconnect the controller's welding current.

Start the welding machine and check the working procedure and pressurization process.

2) Selection of welding parameters Clamp the seam of the circle to the middle of the left and right electrodes for test welding.

During the test, the welding parameters (electrode pressure, clamping time, welding time, welding current, upsetting time, upsetting force, etc.

) are adjusted to obtain welding quality that meets the requirements.

It should be noted here that because the small circle is fully enclosed, it is not easy to dissipate heat and requires more power than ordinary ones.

3) Quality inspection For the welding of general workpieces, after a certain number of trial welds, there should be no deep indentations, cracks and over-burning after visual inspection, and then the tensile and bending test can be passed before it can be officially put into use.
